GRID served as local representative for the Centre for the Development of Enterprises (CDE), which operates in Brussels, under the Lome V convention. This work continues to involve the identification of ailing enterprises, reform planning,  due diligence exercises and collaboration with EU consultants in the implementation of the support programme.
