This three year DFID funded programme (2006-2009) was set up to support the SERVICOM programme in Nigeria. SERVICOM (Service Compact with all Nigerians) was established to manage and effect government's commitment to the people in the area of service delivery.

GRID worked with Atos Consulting, UK to provide short and long term technical assistance in SDI. Our primary aim was to implement pilot programmes focused on accountability and responsiveness in health, transport and immigration in Federal Ministries and Government parastatals. We did this through advocacy, training activities and research.
