also develop and strengthen
financial management systems in
public and private institutions
at all levels. Our

Over the past 14
years, we have established a
strong record of diverse

assignments with DFID. We continue
to provide financial
management, capacity
building and logistical
support to many DFID
projects in Nigeria.
We
also continue to
operate as a core member
in a number of consortia
which manage DFID-funded

GRID has

international consortium
retained by the EC to
implement the PRIME
programme (Partnership

Immunisation
Efficiency), a 50 million
Euro (Health) Aid
programme in Nigeria. |

served for 10 years as
local representative for
the Centre for the
Development of
Enterprises (CDE), which
operates in Brussels,
under the Lome V
convention. This work
involved the
identification of ailing
enterprises, carrying
out of due diligence
work, reform planning
and collaboration with EU consultants in the
implementation of the
support programme, as
approved and financed by
the CDE. |

the two major tertiary
level government
hospitals in Malawi.
In the process of
developing a financial
management reform
programme for the above
hospitals, GRID
co-ordinated the
computerisation of their
accounting systems. |

GRID is a core member of
the consortium providing
support and management
to the
MNCH
programme, which is a
£24 million (maternal, child &
healthcare) Aid
programme in Northern
Nigeria – funded by the
State Department of the
Government of Norway. |
